This company is from Wellsville, New York and offers several casting kits.  This one is 1 ½” bore and 2 ½” stroke with a piston valve.  It is double acting and originally rated at ¼ hp.  The engine castings are quite heavy. 

This is the engine that Tony Grzyb uses on his steam powered bicycle.  He has modified it somewhat and it now goes fast.
