This is a Stanley SV engine and axle installed onto a Ford pickup truck. The way to tell the SV (Steam Vehicle Corp) from a Stanley is the water pump drive. Here it is a shaft drive from the rear axle. On real Stanleys the eccentrics are on the rear axle.
